The community of Aviara is situated along the sunny southern California coastline within a 30 minute drive from the San Diego International Airport, world famous Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal park. The resort community of Aviara is perched on a hillside in south Carlsbad,overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Batiquitos Lagoon. Named "Master Planned Community of the Year" in 1995, it is one of the most beautiful and most successful residential developments in Southern California.

The Aviara Tennis Center is a world-class facility with courts of clay, grass, and synthetic surfaces. Peter Burwash International, the most successful tennis management company in the world, manages the tennis program. Stadium seating is also available on at least one court.

Aldea -(gated)
A gated townhome community with 56 homes ranging from 1,665-2,200 sq. ft. in size. Finished in 1995, Aldea overlooks the 12th through 16th holes of the Aviara golf course.
Aviara Point - (gated)
A gated luxury community consisting of 69 one and two-story custom homes ranging in size from 2,800 to 8,000 sq. ft. Aviara Point overlooks the 3rd through 5th as well as the 7th and 8th holes of the Aviara golf course. In addition, Aviara Point offers wonderful views of the Four Seasons Resort as well as spectacular ocean and lagoon views.
Avocet -
Named for a graceful shorebird that enjoys the waters of the Batiquitos Lagoon, this community has 95 homes ranging in size from 2,260 to 2,818 sq. ft. A number of homes have breathtaking lagoon views.
Azure Cove
This community has 72 one and two-story homes ranging in size from 2,485 to 3,492 sq. ft. Many homes offer stunning views of Batiquitos Lagoon.
Bella Lago (gated)
